TULSA , Okla . - Grammy-nominated American blues / rock / country / new wave artist John Hiatt plays the Brady Theater , 105 W . Brady St ., in Tulsa Jan . 14 and Hudson Performance Hall in Oklahoma City Jan . 16 . And 1960s and ‘ 70s prog rockers The Moody Blues will fill the BOK Center , 200 S . Denver Ave . W , with “ Knights in White Satin ” and other art-rock ditties Jan . 23 .
Hiatt ’ s work encapsulates varied facets of American roots music and his songs have been covered by artists ranging from Bob Dylan to Bonnie Raitt , Emmylou Harris and Iggy Pop . He , B . B . King and Eric Clapton shared a Grammy for their album , Riding With The King , the title track from which was a Hiatt composition .

The Moody Blues will launch a special live tour in January celebrating the 50th anniversary of their landmark album , Days of Future Passed , originally released in 1967 . The band also has been nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year .
