and Liz lead the Oklahoma
Big Om Yoga Retreat June
16-18 at Sequoyah Lodge at
Sequoyah State Park.
The venue, which is less
than an hour from Tulsa, is a
favorite Oklahoma spot and
is well worth the drive from
anywhere. Max and Liz are
highly in tune with the world
around them and practice
a form of yoga that focuses
on the connection between
people through movement,
connection, and play.
In addition to two AcroYoga

classes (beginner and
intermediate), this all-ages
retreat includes fun
activities like stand-up
paddle boarding and more.
Attendees can also expect
to yoga with the sun, swim
in the lake, and many other
nature-centric options.
Breakfast and dinner are
provided on Saturday and

open all weekend.
