Music is happening downtown, on the beautiful Illinois River, and on majestic Lake Tenkiller. The downtown festival will include all your favorite Red Fern activities and one entertaining musical lineup. On Friday, June 16, the music starts at 1 p.m. with the fabulous Mark Sweeney, followed at 3 p.m. by The Four Fs; closing out Friday is River’s Edge at 5:30 p.m. In between the car shows and the duck race, catch the fun filled day of music, which kicks off Saturday at 11 a.m. with Michael Rappe, Welcome to the Farmhouse at noon, Tahlequah Middle School Choir at 1 p.m., Olen Davis and the Travelers at 2 p.m., Falling Rocks at 3 p.m., Tahlequah’s famous DocFell & Co. at 4 pm. Travel down Highway 62 to Highway 10 to enjoy a day floating the scenic Illinois River. After a day of sun, floating, and beer, then find your way back to Diamondhead Resort, located on Highway 10 some musical goodness.
