TULSA , Okla . - The long running Red Rocker , Sammy Hagar , is bringing his band The Circle to the region , with shows on June 7 at the Paradise Cove / River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa , June 9 at the 7 Clans Casino and Hotel in Newkirk , and June 10 at Downstream Casino & Resort in Quapaw .
The Circle is a super group of Sammy Hagar alongside former Van Halen band mate Michael Anthony on bass . The Circle ’ s drummer is Led Zeppelin scion Jason Bonham , and guitarist is Hagar ’ s solo band Waboritas
virtuosic play Vic Johnson ( also formerly of the Bus Boys .) Hagar has been a rock and roll performer for four decades and his concerts with The Circle showcase all of his work . Setlists reflect Hagar ’ s output as a solo artist , along with some material from the band Montrose where he first rose to fame . And then , of course , Hagar ’ s most recognizable numbers which came as lead singer of Van Halen .

The Circle released a live album and DVD At Your Service in 2015 , but concert attendees will be treated to a diverse list of hit songs . Expect hits like “ There ’ s Only One Way to Rock ”, “ Rock Candy ”, “ Heavy Metal ”, “ Bad Motor Scooter ”, “ Poundcake ”, “ I Can ’ t Drive 55 ”, “ Right Now ”, “ Why Can ’ t This Be Love ”, “ Mas Tequila ”, “ Finish What Ya Started ”, “ Little White Lie ” and “ Dreams ”. Hagar ’ s drummer is the son of Led Zeppelin ’ s John Bonham , and that younger Bonham has a long-time dedication to his father ’ s legacy .
