TULSA, Okla. – Christmas comes
a week early to the Paradise
Cove Theater at the River Spirit
Casino in Tulsa, on Friday, Dec.
15, when LeAnn Rimes makes
a stop for her “This is Christmas
Tour.”
The show is limited to
individuals 21 and older, and
kicks off at 8 p.m. Tickets are
available online or through the

Rimes first made a name for
herself at age 13 when she
released a cover of Bill Mack’s
“Blue”, establishing herself
as one of the youngest and
biggest stars in country music.
Since then Rimes has won
two Grammy Awards, three
ACMs, a CMA, a dozen Billboard
Music Awards, and garnished
worldwide acclaim.
Rimes released her most recent
record Remnants in late 2016.
The album was her fourth
release to reach the top 20 on
the Billboard Country Charts and
most commercially successful
record since 2006.
Rimes also appeared in
numerous television programs
and movies throughout her
career; in 2007 Rimes began
appearing as a judge for
“Country Showdown”,
a music competition similar
to “American Idol”, but with an
emphasis on country music.
Most recently, she appeared in
2017s “Logan Lucky”, playing a
character alongside Channing
Tatum and Adam Driver while
also providing music for the
film’s soundtrack.
For her “This is Christmas Tour”,
Rimes is expected to play a
mixture of traditional and
contemporary
Christmas songs
as well as a collection of
her notable singles and fan-
favorites. Throughout her career
Rimes has released several
Christmas albums including
“What a Wonderful World,”
“One Christmas,” and “Today is
Christmas” which are composed
of familiar covers and original
tracks.
