Santa Claus is coming to
(a small) town
By Joe Mack
SHIDLER, Okla. – Though
often imitated, Santa
Claus is never really
duplicated. This one man
reindeer-and-sleigh show
has to work around the
clock and across the
globe to get the job done
in about 24 hours. Santa
recently told The Current
Buzz he’s looking to spread

Skiatook
The Skiatook First
Baptist Church welcomes
everyone to woodshed
with the Claus at Santa’s
Workshop & Christmas
Parade at 6 p.m. on Friday,
Dec. 8, in Skiatook. Check
out the parade and head
inside the church to get
your photo snapped with
Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus,
and Frosty the Snowman.
While you’re at it, get
crafty and make a gift for
a friend! For more info call

Shidler
Shidler just went ahead
and named the whole
parade after the man of
the hour: the Santa Claus
is Coming to Town Lighted
Christmas Parade will fill
quaint downtown Shidler
at 6 p.m. on Saturday,
Dec. 9. Santa will hand
out goody bags filled with
candy and other delights,
as well as taking time
to pose for photos. This
