Dave Szewczul was inducted into the Connecticut Golf Hall of Fame in 2010 and among his many highlights include winning the New England Amateur Championship in 2010 and 2011, and capturing both the Tettelbach (Open) and Siderowf (Senior) CSGA Player of the Year titles last year.
Bobby Gage is originally from Winsted, Conn. and grew up playing the game of golf at nearby Greenwoods Country Club. His mentor at Greenwoods was Head Professional Stan Staszowski, whose brother Frank Staszowski was a two-time Connecticut Open champion and former Head Professioanl at Torrington CC.
