“ The new preschool playground was funded by the CPA Fund a few years ago , and it has been a constant delight to our students ! Their imaginations have run wild with creative play in a clean and safe environment thanks to our new space . Teachers have made the playground come to life for our end-of-year programs ! They display art on the walls and gather their classes to recite Bible verses and share some of their favorite music for their families who join us at our “ Popsicles , Play , and a Peek at Our Day ” events . The playground has also provided families the opportunity to connect during the summer as we gear up for back to school and invite each class to come for open playground times .
Last year ’ s gift from the CPA Fund was the walkway connecting the parking lot to the front entrance of the preschool . Parents are able to better access Spero Hall on our new walkway . This has created a safe passage for them to come to our building without opening safety gates in the playground area or walking through landscaping . Our classes use this walkway daily as they travel around campus and make their day-to-day learning come to life on nature walks and utilizing the library and other parts of our beautiful campus !”
