3 Rams sign letters of
intent — Newton basketball
players D.J. Hill, Antonio
Smith and Donovan Grubb all
signed their letters of intent
on Wednesday to attend
college. Hill got a full ride
to the University of Mobile
and Grubb and Smith both
accepted full scholarships
from West Georgia Tech.
Mathis signs with
Brevard — Eastside
football/basketball player
Quintrell Mathis signed to play
football with Brevard College
on Monday. Mathis was one
of Eastside’s best receivers
this past year and he’ll have a
bright future building off his
senior season.
