Direct Support Professional Appreciation Week is Sept . 11-17 . The Coshocton County Board of Developmental Disabilities appreciates everything DSPs do to improve the lives of people with developmental disabilities in the community .

CCBDD announced the winners of its annual Direct Support Professional Appreciation Awards for 2022 . Each

During the visit , faculty and staff will share information about COTC ’ s multiple certificates and degree options in human services and social work to help

They give out awards in three categories : the WOW ! Award , which is a person that is warm and has a way of making lives better for everyone they meet ; The Rockstar Rookie Award , which is a DSP that has been working in that position for less than a year , has

Degree options in the field include Associate of Applied Science in Human Services and Associate of Arts with a concentration in social gone above and beyond , and has made a positive difference ; and The Calm in the Eye of the Storm Award , which goes to a person who remains calm when things get dicey and always has a way of diffusing the chaos that can sometimes happen .
