Zoar holds Senior Masters tournament
Zoar Golf Club held its annual Senior Masters better-ball tournament on Aug . 7 . Mike Mann and John Holzapfel posted an eight-under-par 64 to win by one shot . The teams of Dave Peck and Steve Blackburn , Sr . and Jim Cea and Ron
Bell were tied for second place at 65 .
There were three teams tied for fourth at six under par . Randy Crider and Jim Herchek , Jeff Luken and Ray McNeice , and Tim Davis and Raul Mendozza all carded a 66 .
There were three skins , a birdie three on number one by Tom and Ted Immel , an eagle three on number 12 by Mann and Holzapfel , and a birdie two on number 15 by Crider and Herchek . Skins were worth $ 106 each .
Lingo wins the big bass title twice in August
Three Rivers Bassmasters held its eighth club tournament for 2021 with seven members competing . The tournament was held on Dillon Reservoir on Aug . 7 .
Tournament results were David DeLong , 1.82 pounds , first ; Bret Lingo , 1.51 pounds , second ; Jim
Eckelberry , 1.06 pounds , third ; and Lingo , 1.51 pounds , big bass .
The club ’ s ninth tournament was held Aug . 22 with six members competing at Charles Mills Reservoir .
Results were Lingo , 10.48 pounds , first ; Greg Montgomery , 7.96 pounds ,
