Victoria “ Vikki ” Jones , 66 , of West Lafayette , passed away on Wednesday , September 11 , 2024 , at Riverside Manor in Newcomerstown . She was born on December 15 , 1957 , in Coshocton to the late Jackie and Ina ( Rice ) Jones . In 1979 , she married James Baird who has since passed . She was an avid animal lover . She would try her best to save injured animals ; helping cats , birds and even rabbits . She took in cats and dogs as pets and also loved wild animals such as wolves and eagles . Vikki loved and enjoyed spending time in her garden , inside and out . Her love for animals and nature were true to her Native American heritage . She had a strong spiritual heart that was evident to those

In Loving Memory around her . She attended the Calvary Chapel Bible Methodist Church in Coshocton . Vikki was kind , compassionate and non-judgmental to those around her . Leading many people to confide in her and call her mom . She enjoyed her time with family and loved her granddaughters , deeply . Vikki is survived by her children , Christopher Baird , Daniel ( Haley ) Baird and David ( Tina ) Baird ; grandchildren , Madelyn , Mae , Robert , Alex , Casey and Aaron ; four great grandchildren ; siblings , Cindy DeGroot , Steve Jones , Chuck Jones , Susie Jones , Teresa Vorholt and Jennifer Deshong as well as a loving step-mother , Yvonne Jones .
She is preceded in death by her granddaughter , McKinlee .
A cremation will take place with the Miller- Kaser Cremation Services . A celebration of life will be held at Clary Gardens on Friday , September 20 , 2024 , from 3pm to 6pm . An online memorial can be viewed at www . themillerfuneralhome . com .
Ronald B . Bradford , 80 , of West Lafayette passed away at Morrison Hospice House in Zanesville on Tuesday , September 10 , 2024 .
Ron was born in Zanesville on February 14 , 1944 , to the late Bruce and Mildred ( Fife ) Bradford . He graduated from John Glen High School in 1962 and retired from General Electric in 1999 .
He was a long-time member of the Otsego Baptist and West Lafayette First Baptist Church , enjoyed hunting , trapping , spending time outdoors and traveling with his wife Nancy .
He is survived by his devoted wife Nancy J . ( Walton ) Bradford whom he married December 4 , 1964 ; sons Mark ( Angie

Friends were able to call at The Miller Funeral Home , 639 Main St ., Coshocton on Saturday , September 14 , 2024 , from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM where funeral services bagan at 2:00 PM with Pastor Joe Sanders officiating .
Interment followed in Otsego Baptist Cemetery , Otsego , Ohio .
Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society and / or St . Jude ’ s ; envelopes will be available at the funeral home .
