Christi Olinger has opened her own business, Olinger & Company Realty, and Carol Goff and Associates Real Estate has moved to a new location. Olinger has been selling real estate since 2003 and has been on the Coshocton County Board of Realtors Board of Directors since 2005. She has held several positions on the board and is now the executive officer. “I feel I bring experience, knowledge and honesty to Coshocton real estate,” Olinger said. “I was concerned about opening a new real-estate brokerage during this COVID-19 pandemic, but I just have to have faith. This office was part of my five-year plan. I started planning in January or early February with intentions of opening later this fall. Life happened, plans changed and amazing doors opened. Sheila Shingleton, office manager for Carol Goff and Associates, said they needed a bigger office for their business. “We leased before and wanted to buy a place of our own. We are pretty excited about getting this house. It’s in a great location and has plenty of room for the five agents we have,” she said. The new location is 404 N.
