has opened her own business, Olinger & Company Realty, and
Carol Goff and Associates Real Estate has moved to a new

Sheila Shingleton,
office manager for
Carol Goff and Associates,
said they needed
a bigger office for their
business. “We leased
before and wanted to
buy a place of our own.
We are pretty excited
about getting this house.
It’s in a great location
and has plenty of room
for the five agents we
have,” she said.
The new location is

Coshocton beside the

and that gives them an
advantage when helping
people find their

the area, and we truly
enjoy working in the
Coshocton community
and helping buyers and
sellers with all of their
real-estate needs,” she
said.
Shingleton said they
all get really excited

their home. “For us, it’s
all about our clients’
needs,” she said.
