COSHOCTON – Coshocton is Blooming handed out its
beautifi cation awards on Sept. 30 in the Rotary Pavilion
at the Coshocton County Fair. Committee member Tom
Heading was happy to see so many people on hand to
pick up their certifi cates.
“Th is is our way of recognizing your time and eff orts to
help make Coshocton beautiful,” he said.
Award winners were nominated by Coshocton is
Blooming committee members for the care and atten-
tion they paid to their landscape, fl oral display and lawn
care. A total of 93 certifi cates were handed out and they
represented both businesses and home owners.

make Coshocton beautiful.”

“We have two times the number we had last year,”
Heading said. “Your eff orts are being noticed.”
Award winners were recognized by the city ward their
business or home is located in.
First ward winners were: City Hall, Clary Gardens, Co-
shocton City Water Treatment Plant, Coshocton County
Court Square, COTC Coshocton Campus, English Ivy,
Bob and Michele Fetters, Charles and Judy Finnell,
Footlight Players, Jillian’s Salon, Kiefer’s Florist, Knob
Hill Design, Dr. Randy Kreuter, Michele Meek, Mon-
tessori Preschool, Peoples Bank, Presbyterian Church,
Quick Lube, REACT Park, Roscoe Village Visitor’s Cen-
ter, Ralph and Sharon Schoener, VFW, Kervin Williams,
and Mike and Teri Williams.
Second ward winners were: Albertson Lawrence
Agency, Mindy Brems, Brenda Champagne, Coshocton
Chiropractic, Coshocton Grain, Coshocton Village Inn,
Crowtown Pizza, Kay and Steve Gergley, Jeremy Gib-
son, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Kraft Foods, McDonald’s,
Organic Technologies, Don and Joy Padgett, Pizza Hut,
Riverside Tower, Rose of Sharon, Salman’s Dentistry,
Saylor Wealth Strategies, Seton Place, Louissa Summers,
and Windsorwood Place.
