Steven Michael ‘ Beaver ’ Flowers

Steven Michael “ Beaver ” Flowers , 52 , of West Lafayette , went home to be with the Lord on Oct . 21 , 2021 , at Genesis Hospital . He was born on July 14 , 1969 , in Coshocton County to the late , Steve E . and Ruth Ann Flowers , who survives . Steve was a graduate of River View High School . After graduation he started working with his father and his logging business called Steve Flowers and Son . In 2013 he started his own business with wife , Patti Flowers , called SPK Trucking until it closed in October of 2021 .
Steve is survived by his wife , Patricia “ Patti ” Flowers , whom he married on , April 13 , 2002 ; six children , Trista Laflin , Mark ( Nicole )

He is preceded in death by parents-inlaws , Paul and Margaret Wilden , brothers-inlaw , Don Romine and Terry DeRammelaere and grandparents , Hazel and Charlie Flowers and Richard and Marie Slaughter .
Calling hours were held at the Miller Funeral Home on Thursday , Oct . 28 , 2021 , from 5-7 p . m . and on hour prior to the service on Friday . The funeral service began on Friday , Oct . 29 , 2021 at 11 a . m . Burial followed at Fairfield Cemetery in West Lafayette .

Willis “ Bill ” E . Frisch , 93 , West Lafayette , passed away at the Oaks in Zanesville Wednesday , Oct . 27 , 2021 . He was born to the late Oscar E . Frisch and Emma Hanna Frisch on July 14 , 1928 in Pittsburgh , PA .
Bill had the privilege to experience so many unique things in life , from his amazing talent and career as a mechanical engineer at Power Piping , who could create and invent everything imaginable at work and home , to sharing the love of racing cars and traveling with the love of his life , Marion . He had a passion for driving and rebuilding MG cars , restoring classic cars from a young teenager to recently . Nothing stood in his way from working on his cars . Nevertheless , as much as he loved his classic cars , his love for his family squeezed into first place . Bill was so proud of his family , and nothing made him happier than his wife and to visit and talk with his
Hazel Fern Crowthers , 93 , of Coshocton passed away Oct . 12 , 2021 , at Windsorwood Place after a short stay .
Hazel was born and raised in Coshocton , Ohio on July 24 , 1928 , to Claudy and Marie ( Laflin ) Crowthers . She was a member of the Roscoe United Methodist Church and their Women ’ s Group . Hazel worked for 20 years at Kresgee ’ s in Coshocton then went on to be a Manager at K-Mart in Vernon , Connecticut where she retired in 1993 after 18 ½ years .
Hazel is survived by her adopted daughter , Karen ( Royce ) Emerson ,

No matter where he went , Bill never met a stranger . He intrigued everyone with his vast knowledge about many topics , especially history and cars .

Memorial services will be Saturday , Nov . 6 , 2021 at 1 p . m . at Addy Funeral Home , Newcomerstown with Pastor Chris Steele . Visitation will be one hour prior to the memorial service .

The funeral was held Saturday , Oct . 16 , 2021 , at 2 p . m . at Free Funeral Home . Calling hours were from noon to 2 p . m . Burial followed the funeral at Roscoe Cemetery , Coshocton , Ohio .
