McKinney Homeless Assistance Act, as amended; to be used for the following project: Project Name: Coshocton County CDBG Program Source of Federal Funds: CDBG funds Description of the Project: Demolish five vacant, deteriorated structures in the North End Neighborhood Single or Multi-Year Project: Single Location: City of Coshocton Estimated Cost of Project: $60,000 Project Name: Coshocton County Program Source of Federal Funds: CDBG funds Description of the Project: Repave 9,340 LF of roadway in the North End Neighborhood Single or Multi-Year Project: Single Location: City of Coshocton Estimated Cost of Project: $228,000 Project Name: Coshocton County CDBG Program Source of Federal Funds: CDBG funds Description of the Project: Replace 1,877 LF of sidewalk and 21 curb cuts in the North End Neighborhood Single or Multi-Year Project: Single Location: City of Coshocton Estimated Cost of Project: $184,700 Project Name: Coshocton County CDBG Program Source of Federal Funds: CDBG funds Description of the Project: Install one shelter house, two benches and two school bus shelters in the North End Neighborhood Single or Multi-Year Project: Single Location: City of Coshocton Estimated Cost of Project: $37,300 Project Name: Coshocton County CDBG Critical Infrastructure Program Source of Federal Funds: CDBG funds Description of the Project: Reline/replace 6,980 LF of sanitary sewer lines along 15th, Chestnut, North, Trade, Arthur and Hay Single or Multi-Year Project: Single Location: City of Coshocton Estimated Cost of Project: $280,000 It has been determined that such Request for Release of Funds will not constitute an action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment and accordingly Coshocton County has decided not to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended. Environmental Review Records (ERR) for the Project listed above has been conducted by Coshocton County. The ERR documents the environmental review of the project and more fully sets forth the reasons why such statement is not required. The ERR is on file and available for the public’s examination and copying, upon request, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays) at the above address. No further environmental review of such project is proposed to be conducted, prior to the request for release of Federal funds. Coshocton County plans to undertake the project described with the Federal funds cited above. Any interested person, agencies, and/or groups, who have any comments regarding the environment or who disagree with this Finding of No Significant Impact decision, are invited to submit written comments for consideration to the Commissioners’ Office at the address above listed by 4:30 p. m. on December 8, 2017, which is at least 15 days after the publication of this combined notice.
