More than 40 vendors set for the Lake Park Craft Show

Every year Black Friday is a day many look forward to shopping deals in preparation for Christmas . The day after Thanksgiving also is the day of the Lake Park Craft Show and has been for many years . This year it will be held Friday , Nov . 29 from 9 a . m . to 3 p . m . at the Lake Park Pavilion .
This is the first year Linda Bridges has been in charge of the show .
“ Lake Park was not able to run the show this year . One of the vendors asked if any of the vendors would be willing to organize the show , and I volunteered to rent the pavilion to have the show ,” Bridges said . “ The pavilion is a beautiful venue , especially during

Shoppers can expect to find a range of handcrafted items such as wooden holiday décor , crochet , handstitched snowmen , candles , baked goods , wreaths , cups and homemade dog treats . Many other items also will be available at the craft show .
Bridges said there will be a 50 / 50 drawing with the proceeds going to the Friends of the Park . A food stand will be available .
“ There will also be door prizes . Each vendor will donate an item to offer as a door prize ,” Bridges said .
There are no vendor spaces available , but Bridges has a waiting list in case of a cancellation .
