The 2021 J . D . Power Gas Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study is based on responses from 8,980 online interviews of business customers in decision-making roles related to their utility company . The study was fielded in two waves — January through April 2021 and May through

September 2021 — and it covers factors related to safety and reliability , billing and payment , price , communications , corporate citizenship , and customer contact .

Columbia Gas ranked highest in business customer satisfaction in the Midwest region .

in federal income taxes of $ 2,250 .

Total assets at Sept . 30 , were $ 258.3 million compared to June 30 , assets of $ 252.6 million , an increase of $ 5.7 million or 2.27 %. Total deposits at Sept . 30 , were $ 220.1 million compared to June 30 , deposits of $ 215.0 million , an increase of $ 5.1 million or 2.39 %. Total equity at Sept . 30 , was $ 31.7 million compared to $ 32.1 million at June 30 , a decrease of $ 411,000 .
