Troy Lee Stamper went home to be with his Savior Jesus April 29 , 2021 . Troy was 81 years young , a loving husband , and father of four children .
Troy was born on Oct . 20 , 1939 , on the Boeuf River in Hebert , Louisiana . Troy is the son of the late Glover Lee Stamper and the late Lessie Mae ( Brockner ) Stamper . He was the oldest of nine children . At the age of 18 , Troy started a life of pipelining in 1957 . He was a member of the International Operating Engineers . This occupation took Troy to almost every state in the nation , including work on the Alaskan Pipeline and pipelines in Canada and Trinidad . He teamed with his oldest son for many years and eventually had another son and grandsons and a nephew following in his boot steps . His last job landed him in New Jersey in the Summer of 2014 , at nearly 75 years young .
On Oct . 20 , 1962 he married his beautiful wife of 58 years , Kay ( Katherine ) Arlene Poorman . Troy is survived by his
Lucy “ Irene ” Saylor , 91 , of Coshocton passed away Wednesday , April 28 , 2021 , at Signature Healthcare of Coshocton . She was born in Coshocton , Ohio on Aug . 7 , 1929 to the late Roe and Lucy ( Stiner ) Shroyer . On April 18 , 1945 , she married Francis ( Zeke ) Saylor , they were married 57 years before his passing in 2002 .
Irene was a member of the Burt Avenue Wesleyan Church and the Bethlehem Grange . Irene and her husband , Francis owned and operated the Yesteryear Shop in Roscoe Village for eight years . She also worked at Baker ’ s IGA , Brooks AG , Kresges , and the Sunnybook Truck Stop . She enjoyed making lap quilts for Bethlehem Grange , embroidery , reading , puzzle books , her piano , and playing games with family and friends .

Troy worked hard his whole life and set the example of what family means . He taught others how to respect elders and family , work for what you get in life and how to keep it . He loved

He was ornery and had sayings that will continue for generations , the joke of “ Wood Eye ” “ Ain ’ t nothing finer , than a pipeliner !” and if he didn ’ t want to tell you where he was going he would tell you he was “ Going to Ruston , to get a load of goats .”
Troy lived a full life , doing things “ his way .” He enjoyed his occupation to the fullest , traveling with his wife and going to NAS- CAR races and on road trips . He enjoyed his winters and as much time as possible , sitting on his deck of their home away from home , on Woolen Lake , in Hebert , Louisiana . He loved his family fiercely and having Sunday Breakfast every week , eating homemade biscuits . Troy is well known in the community for his “ old cars ,” and provided them for the Keene Memorial Day Parade for many years . He made sure his kids and grandchildren knew good music , like Johnny Horton , Hank Williams , Elvis and Johnny Cash and
Scarlett Sturgeon ; 14 greatgrandchildren ; 12 greatgreat grandchildren ; and many nieces and nephews .
Along with her parents and husband she is preceded in death by her infant daughter , Vicky Saylor ; brothers , Russell , Eugene , Donald , and Ernest Shroyer ; and sister , Mildred Reigle .
Calling hours were held at the Miller Funeral Home , 639 Main St ., Coshocton , Ohio 43812 on Sunday , May 2 , 2021 from 5-8 p . m . The funeral service was Monday , May 3 , at 11 a . m . with Pastor Rod Uhlig officiating and an hour of calling hours prior . Burial followed at Coshocton County Memory Gardens .
In lieu of flowers , donations can be sent to Burt Avenue Wesleyan Church , Community Hospice or Signature Healthcare of Coshocton . Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home . also good old- time gospel and instrumental artists like Ace Cannon .
Calling hours and viewing were held Tuesday , May 4 , 2021 , from 6-8 p . m . at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw . Cremation took place following .
A memorial service will take place outside at his son Troy Stamper ’ s home , 47023 TR 204 Coshocton , OH 43812 , on Wednesday , May 5 , 2021 at 11 a . m . Pastor David Hogg will officiate . There are no graveside services . Food and fellowship for all who wish to stay , will follow .

Kasey Bear Walker

Kasey Bear Walker , 32 , passed away on Wednesday , April 21 , 2021 at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital . He was born on May 25 , 1988 in Coshocton to Misty Kaser and James Walker , who survive .
He was a 2007 graduate of Coshocton High School . Kasey enjoyed sports and collecting sports memorabilia . He loved football and the Pittsburgh Steelers . He liked fishing and had a love for all animals . Kasey never met a stranger that he didn ’ t know and will be remembered for his big smile , open heart and big bear hugs . He would do anything for anyone .
Along with his parents , he is survived by his siblings , Beau J . Walker , Lacey Lewis and Dakota J . Walker ; uncle , Rusty ( Lila ) Kaser ; grandfathers , Cork Kaser , Karl Carpenter and James P . Walker ; one niece and two nephews ; several aunts , uncles and cousins .
