Summer reading adventures are planned

The Coshocton County District Library System announced the launch of the 2024 Summer Reading Program , Adventure Begins at Your Library . Readers of all ages are invited to embark on a journey filled with books , activities and events designed to inspire a love of reading and exploration .
Program highlights include the following :
Learning challenges Children and teens can earn rewards and incentives by completing reading challenges and activities . For every five hours of reading , an entry is earned for one of the grand prize drawings . Reading progress can be tracked using the Beanstack app or with the reading logs available at the library . A summer checkout challenge is available for adults . For every five checkouts , an entry is earned for one of the grand prize drawings . Checkout stamp cards are available at the library , or checkouts can be recorded on the Beanstack app .
Interactive programming From story times and craft programs to book clubs and trivia nights , there ’ s something for everyone . Check the library ’ s calendar for a full schedule of events .
Fun and games
Engage in scavenger hunts , complete bingo cards and more . Activities are planned for all ages .
Grand prizes
Thanks to the generosity of community businesses , organizations and individuals , prizes are available for each age group . The last day to participate in the Summer Reading Program is Saturday , July 27 . The names of the grand prize winners will be randomly drawn and announced the week of Monday ,

A hardworking and caring mother , grandmother , great grandmother and great great-grandmother … To Brad ( Sharon ) Williams , Debi Williams- Wolfe , Tina Harmon , Becky ( Doug ) Alford , Tony ( Connie ) Williams and Lisa ( Jr . McCoy ) Williams and step son , Greg Rehard . 20 grandchildren , 40 great grandchildren and 18 great great-grandchildren .
