The Work will be substantially completed within 180 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run . Liquidated damages shall be $ 1,000 per day .

Public notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of November 2023 , the county treasurer of Coshocton County , Ohio , filed a complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Coshocton County , Ohio , at Coshocton , Ohio , for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes , assessments , charges , penalties , and interest against certain real estate situated in such county , as described in that complaint .
