Parade entry forms are due
The Coshocton County Veterans Service Office is preparing for the annual Coshocton Memorial Day Parade . To participate , call the Coshocton County Veterans Service Office Monday through Friday from 8 a . m . to 4 p . m . at 740-622-2313 or visit the office located in the basement of the courthouse for an entry form . The deadline for submission of parade forms will be Wednesday , May 25 .
The parade will be held Monday , May 30 at 10 a . m . The line-up will begin at 8:30 a . m . between the Central Christian Church and Sacred Heart Church at the corner of Walnut and Eighth streets .

Coshocton Regional Medical Center , a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation , received an “ A ” Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for spring 2022 . This national distinction recognizes Coshocton Regional Medical Center among the top in the nation in protecting patients from preventable errors . Additionally , Coshocton Regional Medical Center received a Safety Grade “ A ” in fall 2021 .
“ Our staff has worked tirelessly to achieve the highest level of patient care for the Coshocton community ,” said Stephanie Conn , chief executive officer . “ An ‘ A ’ Safety Grade for fall of 2021 and spring of 2022 demonstrates an outstanding achievement , and one that is not possible without our entire healthcare team .”
Coshocton Regional Medical Center , a Fortune and IBM Watson Health Top 100 Hospital , adds this achievement to its recent Healthgrades Patient Safety Excellence Award in addition to being named among the Top 10 % in the Nation for Patient Safety for two years in a row .
The Leapfrog Group , an independent national watchdog organization ,
assigns an “ A ,” “ B ,” “ C ,” “ D ” or “ F ” grade to general hospitals across the country based on over 30 national performance measures reflecting errors , injuries , accidents and infections , as well as systems hospitals have in place to prevent harm . The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade is the only hospital ratings program based exclusively on hospital prevention of medical errors and harms to patients . The grading system is peer-reviewed , fully transparent and free to the public . Grades are updated twice annually , in the fall and spring .
