Baumgarner taken to hospital after wreck, injuries not serious
On May 6 at approximately 7:30 p. m., the Coshocton County Sheriff’ s Office received a 911 call in reference to an injury accident on U. S. 36, near County Road 27 in Bethlehem Township.

On May 7 at approximately 2:30 p. m., the Coshocton County Sheriff’ s Office received a 911 call in reference to an injury accident at the intersection of U. S. 36 and OH-229 in Newcastle Township.
Upon arrival of deputies, it was determined Alan Trottman, 94, of Liberty was traveling west on U. S. 36 when he attempted to turn left onto OH-229 and struck Mitchell Durbin, 65, of Danville, who was traveling east on U. S. 36.
Trottman was transported to Knox Community Hospital by Coshocton County EMS for nonlife-threatening injuries.
Durbin did not report any injuries. Durbin had one passenger, Gary Tucker, 67, of Howard, who also reported no injuries.
Assisting at the scene were Coshocton County EMS, Walhonding Valley Fire Department, REACT and Prince’ s Wrecker Service.

On May 6 at approximately 10:28 a. m., the Coshocton County Sheriff’ s Office received a call in reference to an accident with injury at the intersection of Walnut Street and South Third Street in Coshocton.
Upon arrival of personnel, it was determined Lindsay Thomas, 36, of Coshocton was traveling west on Walnut Street when she lost control of the vehicle, going off the right side of the roadway onto the sidewalk. Her vehicle continued west, striking a tree off the right side of the roadway. Thomas’ vehicle rolled back from the tree,
On May 10 at approximately 10:06 p. m., the Coshocton County Sheriff’ s Office received a 911 call in reference to a possible injury accident in the 1400 Block of East Main Street in Coshocton.
Upon arrival of deputies, it was determined 25-year-old Caleb Abbott of Michigan was traveling eastbound on East Main Street when he drove off the left side of the road, crossed the railroad tracks and struck the railroad signal. Abbott was transported by CCEMS

Medical issue causes crash injury

Thomas had one female juvenile passenger in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Thomas was transported to Coshocton Regional Medical Center by emergency squad. The cause of the crash was due to medical reasons. No other injuries were reported.
