One Block at a Time project will start on this Saturday

On Saturday , May 15 at 9 a . m ., Our Town Coshocton will launch this year ’ s “ One Block at a Time ” project . This is a monthly clean-up from May through October , specifically in the downtown historic district . Volunteers will always meet at the courthouse gazebo at 9 a . m .
All indications point to Coshocton having a groundswell of interest , as outside visitors are becoming long-term residents , and a renewal in tourism is coming on the heels of expanding vaccinations and a decline in COVID- 19 rates . Now is the time , more than ever , to make downtown an inviting and beautiful place to visit , shop and dine .
Our Town Coshocton seeks more individuals to aid its volunteers in the effort to make Main
Street an attractive focal point in the community . This outside activity can be done safely and will have a direct impact on the continuing mission to make Main Street a point of pride .
Interested persons may indicate their participation on the group ’ s Facebook page or just meet at the designated time . Any amount of time and commitment is appreciated and will collectively go a long way in beautifying Main Street .
For any follow-up questions about this project or any OTC-related activity , people can reach out to the promo committee through Facebook or call or email the executive director at 740-623-5934 or otc . execdirector @ gmail . com .
