Hawkins performs with 2 bands at Mount Union
Taya Hawkins of West Lafayette performed in the University of Mount Union Raider Steel Band concert on April 18 . The Raider Steel Band performed work by Ray Holman , Mongo Santamaria , Philip Glass and Dennis Williams .
Hawkins also performed in the concert band on April 26 in Brush Performance Hall in the Giese Center for the Performing Arts . The concert featured works by Pierre Leemans , Aaron Copland , Hans Zimmer , John Philip Sousa and more .
