Good Friday Service : The River View Ministerial Association is sponsoring their Good Friday service on Friday , March 30 at 7 p . m . The service will be held at the Prairie Chapel United Methodist Church . The speaker for the evening is Pastor Ashley McMillan from the Nellie United Methodist Church . A combined choir will sing “ Once Upon a Tree ” under the direction of Rolanda Hunt and accompanied by Andrea Yaw . A free-will offering is being taken for the work of the River View Ministerial Association .
Cemetery Clean-Up : The Coshocton City Mayor ’ s Office announced that the annual spring clean-up at South Lawn , Oak Ridge and Roscoe cemeteries will begin on Monday , April 2 . Anyone wishing to save grave blankets , wreaths or other miscellaneous items must remove them by Sunday , April 1 . New wreaths , grave blankets , etc . may be placed on graves after April 7 .
Budget Meeting : The Coshocton County Budget Commission will meet in the County Treasurer ’ s Office on April 2 at 2 p . m . with members of the County Health Department to discuss their 2018 Budget .
Free Family Law Clinic : There will be a free family law clinic on April 3 at the Coshocton County Juvenile Court , 426 Main St . People with limited income dealing with family law issues in Coshocton County may qualify to speak with an attorney at no cost . Winter Decorations Removed : The Linton Township Trustees are asking that all people with winter decorations at the Plainfield Cemetery have those decorations removed by April 5 . Kindergarten Registration : Coshocton City School district began kindergarten registration . Parents should call Becky Fletcher at 740-295-7626 or Denise Johnson at 740-622-3239 and provide the child ’ s name , address , phone number , parent ’ s name ( s ), and child ’ s date of birth . Children must be five years old on or before Aug . 1 to be eligible for kindergarten . During the call , parents will be able to schedule an appointment to complete the registration and screening . The dates for registration and screening are April 17-18 and 24-25 during the hours of 4 – 6 p . m . This activity will be at Coshocton Elementary School . In order to complete the registration process , the parents will need an email account and will need to bring the child ’ s birth certificate , Social Security card , immunization records and custody papers , if applicable .

Pop Tab Drive : The Teen Leadership class at River View High School announced that they will be conducting a Pop Tab drive for the Ronald McDonald House Charities from now until the end of April . Please drop any pop tabs you may have at any of the River View Local schools or give to any River View student . The goal of this initiative by the TLC students is to collect over 400 lbs . of pop tabs . Early Childhood Education Enrollment : Children who are eligible for the Early Childhood Education preschool classroom must be four years of age on or before Aug . 1 of this year , toilet trained , reside in the school district , and meet income eligibility guidelines . The total family income cannot exceed the Federal Poverty Guidelines at 200 percent or less of the poverty level . All information will need to be completed before the child is considered for enrollment .
