“ Locally , we are very engaged in the needs of the health care field ,” Berry said . “ There was a need for respiratory therapists after COVID , and we realized we could train them here .” COVID , however , also had a negative impact on the school over all its campuses . “ We ’ d love to maintain a presence here physically ,” Berry said . “ This is where people know us and we are established at . We also could just continue to do what we are doing here , but that doesn ’ t make good sense financially .”
Any new businesses , organizations or investors interested in the building would have to have plans that fit with the atmosphere of Roscoe Village .
“ There is no strict timeline for us to do this , but the sooner we get to it , the better ,” Berry said .
They are open to ideas and appreciate feedback from the community .
“ Our commitment to Coshocton is steadfast ,” Berry said . “ We are not abandoning our post .”
