Free metabolic health and wellness seminar planned

Jeff and Michelle Feel Great will offer a free metabolic health and wellness seminar on Saturday , March 22 at the Roscoe Visitors Center . There will be two sessions to choose from : one from noon to 2 p . m . and the other from 4-6 p . m . No registration is required .
Greg Six will be the guest speaker . Topics include being insulin resistant and not knowing it , fatigue , prediabetic , fatty liver , thyroid issues , high cholesterol , asthma , depression , hypertension , hair loss , and other health issues .
