Cardinal Chorale to perform on June 16
The Cardinal Chorale will return to Coshocton on Thursday , June 16 to sing its final tour concert at Roscoe United Methodist Church at 7 p . m .
The six-day , eight-concert tour included concerts in Marion , Columbus , Dayton , Portsmouth , Fostoria and Powell . The chorale ’ s 60-minute program will feature selections from its current show , “ Let There Be Music .” This is the chorale ’ s first tour since June 2019 .

Elks golf league shares scores from week three
The Elks Golf League met for week three on May 23 at Hickory Flats Golf Course .
Results were low gross , 34 , Logan Desender ; low net , 32 , Scott Welch and Dave Ross ; high points , 12.5 , Scott Welch ; most bogeys , seven , Mark Wolff and Kyle Gibson ; most pars , seven , Dave Desender ; most birdies , three , Logan Desender ; and most eagles , one , Reese Andrews .
The leading team is Three-Leaf Solutions ( 110.5 points ): Dave Desender , Ron Tedrick , Kyle Gibson and Ronnie Geog .

Ryan Gildow , a fouryear member and recent River View graduate , said , “ Every performance I love seeing the joy on people ’ s faces . When I see the audience smiling and showing appreciation for our music , I ’ m enveloped with happiness of my own . I absolutely love getting to spread the sound of music to people across the state and impact their lives in a positive way .”
Organized in 1995 by conductor Charles R . Snyder , the Cardinal Chorale is a select 38-voice traveling ensemble of high school and collegiate singers . The Roscoe concert marks the conclusion of its 26th season .
There is no admission charge for the concert , but an offering will be received to help cover the chorale ’ s tour expenses and to further its mission work .
Llamas show patriotic side
The Kamelid Kushers held its sixth meeting on May 30 at the Branch Building . The club members ’ recreational activity was participating in both the Coshocton Memorial Day Parade and the Warsaw Memorial Day Parade with their llamas .
This meeting ’ s health tip was the importance of wearing sunscreen , and the safety tip was about making sure you blow out any candles before leaving your house . Demonstrations were given by Ava Donnell on how to tell the difference between a llama and an alpaca , Avie and Elyn Wright on what llamas

but the club is planning to make blankets for the animal shelter , and members will prepare for their evaluations .
