Situated in Township of Keene, County of Coshocton, Ohio: Known as being Lot Fourteen( 14) and Fifteen( 15) of the Village of Keene as recorded in Plat Book 1 Transcribed, Page 104, Coshocton County Plat Records, containing one half( 1 / 2) acre, more or less, except part of said Lot 15, twenty-five( 25) feet in width and extending from Main Street along the whole southern side of the lot, being uniform width throughout.
Subject to all restrictions, easements, leases, rights of way, conditions, covenants and reservations of record.

The prayer of the complaint is to demand forfeiture of your rights in the land installment contract, cancellation of the contract, restitution of the

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
