A note from our Superintendent
Dear River View Local School District,
With Black Bear Pride, we present our fourth and fi nal edition of the Paw Print for the 2024- 2025 School Year! As the 2024-2025 school year concludes, I wanted to take a moment to thank all of our stakeholders for supporting RVLSD over the past school year. From student events, the Coffee Series in your community to the passing of our Permanent Improvement Levy, we appreciate your positive support for our students and staff.
We have been blessed this year with winning the Division IV State Soccer Championship! This is our 6th State Championship in school history since 1965! Wow-our student athletes and coaches took the whole county on a thrill ride last fall! Two players, Hayden Walters and Laired Williamson, along with the team will be inducted into the River View Sports Hall of Fame in December of 2025.
Have a great summer with family and friends and we look forward to seeing our students back on Tuesday August 19th. and AS ALWAYS, Go Bears!
