Keene Alumni Association gathers for its banquet

The Keene Alumni Association held its 2025 annual banquet on May 24 at Keene United Methodist Church with 61 past graduates and guests in attendance.

The Ridgewood High School Class of 1965 held its 60th class reunion on June 6 at Ridgewood Middle School in the cafeteria with 31 members and 14 guests present.

Submitted present and Terence Casey, Class of 1947, as the oldest male present.
Carol Horn Miller, Class of 1959, read a roll call of alumni present by class. Dorothy Lowe Dalton, Class of 1959, gave the memorial for nine alumni members who have passed away since the last banquet. Congratulations were extended and certifications presented by Judy Hoy Elliott, Class of 1957, to the 2025 Keene Alumni Scholarships recipients. Benjamin Leasure plans to attend OSU Newark and study computer information science. Adisen Wolford plans to attend Kent State University for nursing. Kyrsten Rice plans to attend Ohio State University and study animal science. The three scholarships given totaled $ 2,400.

The 2026 banquet will be held the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend at Keene United Methodist Church.
