The board of directors of Home Loan Financial Corporation has declared a cash dividend in the amount of $ 1 per common share , according to Robert C . Hamilton , chairman and CEO . The dividend is payable Aug . 13 to shareholders of record as of July 30 . This dividend includes a quarterly dividend of 27 cents per share and a special one-time dividend of 73 cents per common share .

Performing Arts Center plans reopening night
The Performing Arts Center at Kent State University at Tuscarawas will welcome audiences back for a free reopening night featuring a performance of the award-winning drama , “ Love , Loss and What I Wore .” The show will be presented by the Black Box Ensemble Theatre on Friday , Aug . 13 at the Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p . m .
“ Love , Loss and What I Wore ” is a play written by Nora Ephron and her sister , Delia , based on the 1995 book of the same name by Ilene Beckerman . Beckerman wrote a diary of reflections for her five children including illustrations of the dresses she had worn . The Ephron sisters expanded on Beckerman ’ s book by weaving in friends of theirs and using clothing and accessories to tell funny and poignant stories . This show deals with frank subject matter and contains adult language .
Admission is free , and there are no reserved seats for the performance . For those inclined to offer support , donations will be collected after the show in support of the Performing Arts Center ’ s Endowment Fund . For more information call the PAC box office at 330-308-6400 .
