The Rainbow of Hope Foundation is a non-profit organization with it ’ s sole purpose to provide funds to needy families that have incurred medical expenses for their children . Serving Holmes , Coshocton , Wayne , and Tuscarawas counties . This is the 36th year for the Rainbow of Hope Benefit auction .
