Community Band : The Coshocton Community Band will have its weekly concerts on Fridays on the court square beginning at 7 p . m . The performances begin in June and last through July . Please bring a chair . They begin practice at the Coshocton High School and are accepting new members .

Jazz on the Lawn : The next Jazz on the Lawn at the Pomerene Center for the Arts will be Friday , July 13 from 7:30 – 9:30 p . m . The featured performer will be Hi-Fi Rendezvous . Car Show : Three Rivers Fire District will host its 21st annual car show July 21 at the Coshocton County Fairgrounds , 707 Kenilworth Ave . SnyderSTRONG : The SnyderSTRONG Amazing Race will

be July 28 starting at River View High School . Teams will be notified of their start time a week before the race . Cost for a team of four is $ 100 . Every team will need to provide a driver . This person can be a part of the team or not . If they are not a part of the team , they cannot participate in the challenges . They will have a rolling start this year so not all teams will be going at the same time . After the race , participants will also have the opportunity to eat at a hog roast . Bluegrass Music : Three Rivers Bluegrass Music and Relay for Life Team Alana presents bluegrass music at Coshocton Village Inn and Suites , 115 N . First Farm Friday : The Coshocton Soil and Water Conservation District is hosting First Farm Friday on Main Street in Coshocton on Aug . 3 , from 5 - 7:30 p . m . The 300 block of Main Street will be filled with farm machinery , animals , displays , antique tractors , food samples and vendors . The popular stamp card activity provides a fun and educational experience for kids to learn about agriculture . Kids 12 and under complete their stamp card by visiting at least 12 of the 21 stations to receive a free cup of custard donated by Whit ’ s Frozen Custard . New this year will be a pedal tractor course where kids will weave around the animals and under the farm machinery . Food will also be available for purchase .

Farmers Market : There will be a village farmer ’ s market at Burt Park in West Lafayette every Saturday May through October from 12:30 – 4 p . m . Each Saturday in July leading up to the West Lafayette Homecoming will be all about safety at the West Lafayette Village Farmer ’ s Market .

Summer Lunch Program : Summer lunches for kids and teens open to all children 18 and younger . No enrollment , no cost . Available through Aug . 10 . Lunches will be available Monday through Friday at the following locations and times : Heritage Apartments from 11 – 11:30 a . m .; Meadow Apartments from 11 – 11:30 a . m .; Coshocton City Himebaugh Lot from noon to 12:30 p . m .; Burt Park from 12:30 – 1 p . m .; and Chestnut Crossing Apartments from 12:30 – 1 p . m . Lunches are funded through the USDA Food and Nutrition Service and provided by Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland Community Action Commission .

Free Family Law Clinic : There will be a free family law clinic on July 10 at the Coshocton County Juvenile Court , 426 Main St . People with limited income dealing with family law issues in Coshocton County may qualify to speak with an attorney at no cost . Attendance is limited to 16 qualified individuals

and registration begins at 1:45 p . m . on the day of the clinic .

Substitute Employment Fair : There will be a substitute employment fair on Wednesday , July 11 at the Muskingum Valley ESC in Zanesville , 205 N . Seventh St ., Zanesville . Morning session will be from 8 – 11 a . m . and evening session is from 3 – 6 p . m . You must have a bachelor ’ s degree to become a long-term and short-term sub . A class photo will be taken at 6 p . m . and a dinner buffet catered by Schumaker Farms will be at 6:30 p . m . The party room is open until midnight .
