Angle was involved in Oxford Township accident on July 1

On July 1 at 9:47 p. m., the Coshocton County Sheriff’ s Office received a call of a motor vehicle accident with possible injury near the intersection of
County Road 9 and Valley View Drive in Oxford Township.
Upon arrival of emergency personal, it was determined Allen Angle,
a 39-year-old male of Coshocton, was traveling eastbound on County Road 9 when he went off the right side of the roadway, striking a utility pole.
Angle’ s vehicle overturned several times before striking another utility pole and came to a rest on its side.
Angle was transported to Genesis of Coshocton by Coshocton County EMS with nonlifethreatening injuries. It is believed Angle was under the influence at the time of the accident. Assisting on scene was Coshocton County EMS, West Lafayette Fire Department and Prince’ s Wrecker Service.

June 28 ATV accident was reported in Washington Township

On June 28 at 8:15 p. m., the Coshocton County Sheriff’ s Office received a call of an ATV accident at the intersection of state Route 60 and Township Road 437A in Washington Township.
Upon arrival of emergency personnel, it was determined Jordan Beck, a 29-year-old male of Columbus, was traveling eastbound on Township Road 437A and failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of state Route 60. Beck continued across state Route 60, striking an embankment, where he was ejected from the ATV. Beck was transported to Genesis Main in Zanesville by Tri-Valley Joint Fire District with unknown injuries at the time of this news release.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor in this accident, and it remains under investigation by the Coshocton County Sheriff’ s Office.
Assisting at the scene was Coshocton County EMS and Tri-Valley Joint Fire District.

2 juveniles were in July 2 accident

On July 2 at approximately 10:29 a. m., the Coshocton County Sheriff’ s Office received a call in reference to an accident with injury on Serena Drive behind the Kids America Complex in Tuscarawas Township.
Upon arrival of emergency personnel, it was determined two juvenile males( age 16 and 17) were working for the Coshocton Recreation Department as they attempted to cross Serena on a John Deere Gator utility cart, failing to yield to oncoming traffic.
The John Deere Gator was struck by a vehicle traveling south on Serena Drive that was being operated by Angela Buckmaster, 53, of Coshocton. Both of the juvenile males were transported to Genesis of Coshocton by emergency squad for complaint-type injuries. No other injuries were reported.
Assisting the sheriff’ s office on scene was the Coshocton County EMS, Three Rivers Fire District and Prince’ s Wrecker Service.
