Coshocton will be converted to a unique maker space , business incubator , and co-working facility that will promote entrepreneurship and foster economic growth . Firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services should submit a statement of qualifications by

The Coshocton Collaborative will be located at 534 / 538 Main Street and the scope of services will include planning , design , construction administration and observation as well as technical assistance needed to support funding applications to include an application to the U . S . Economic Development Administration and other sources of funding . The estimated total budget for this project is approximately $ 2.4 Million . The Coshocton
County Port Authority anticipates that design will commence upon approval of funding applications in late 2021 or early 2022 and anticipates that construction will take 12 to 18 months to complete following plan approval .
