Library events are planned virtually and in person

Whether you are looking to overcome cabin fever this winter or are enjoying some additional relaxation time indoors , the library offers options for both in-person and virtual events .
In-person events
Learn or relearn about a variety of things from the past and participate in some retro trivia at Totally Retro on Monday , Feb . 10 at the main library .
Learn tips for conducting a successful job search at an employment workshop with Coshocton Job & Family Services on Wednesday , Jan . 15 at the main library . Bookmarked Book Club will resume monthly meetings for the entirety of 2025 and continue to offer two options for participating . Meetings will be held the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Coshocton Senior Center at 1 p . m . and at the Coshocton County District Library at 6:30 p . m . Registration is not required for either location .
The January book club selection is “ Farm to Trouble ” by Amanda Flower , a cozy mystery for fans of small-town fiction and amateur sleuths . Copies of the book are available to borrow at the

Virtual events
A new service for a new year , Coshocton County District Library patrons can now enjoy free virtual author talks in partnership with the Library Speakers Consortium and in thanks to the Coshocton Foundation and a generous donor .
The first virtual author talk of the year will feature best-selling author TJ Klune as he chats about his latest book and speaks on the theme “ The Magic of Found Family .” The live virtual event will take place Wednesday , Jan . 15 at 7 p . m .
