parties, and all persons entitled to the next
estate of inheritance of the ward, Janet M.
Mercer, a complaint for sale of real estate and
personal property owned by Janet M. Mercer,
an incompetent person, filed by Dean A. Mer-
cer, Guardian, in Case No. 21820022 by
appointment the 19th day of March, 2019,
was filed the 8th day of November, 2019.
The complaint alleges sale of real estate
and personal property is necessary to pay
present and future debts of the Defendant,
Ward Janet M. Mercer. The real estate to be
sold is described as follows and has been
appraised at Twenty Seven Thousand and
00/100 ($27,000.00) Dollars and cannot
be sold for less than two- thirds (2/3) of the
appraised value.
Situated in the City of Coshocton, County of
Coshocton, and State of Ohio:
Being Lots numbered Nineteen Hundred
Twenty Seven (1927) and Nineteen Hundred
Twenty Eight (1928) in McClain’s Addition to
the City of Coshocton, as the same is marked
and delineated on the recorded plat, Volume
I, Transcribed, page 282, Coshocton County
Plat Records.
Said premises are subject to easements,
leases, rights-of-way, restrictions, conditions
and servitudes of record.

The personal property is appraised at Eight
Hundred and 00/100 ($800.00) Dollars and
the inoperable 1994 Chrysler at Three Hun-

the real estate is to be sold as one bid and
must be removed prior to closing date for the
