Starcher leads Black Bears Incorrect date listed in Ohio hunting and trapping booklet WARSAW - Saturday the Black Bears boys bowl- ing team traveled to Heath to complete in the Muskingum University Invitational. Leading the team was senior Brice Starcher with a 405 series. COLUMBUS - The 2019-2020 Ohio hunting and trapping regulations booklet listed an incor- rect end date for ring-necked pheasant and chukar hunting seasons. The correct date for the end of the pheasant and chukar hunting season is Sunday, Jan. 12, 2020. The regula- tions booklet incorrectly listed the date as Jan. 11, 2020. The end-of-season date is also incorrectly listed as Jan. 11, 2020 in the Wild Ohio Maga- zine calendar, which was mailed to readers in December. Ohio’s pheasant bag limit is two roosters per day. The chukar bag limit is two per day. Find out more about Ohio’s hunting seasons at wildohio.gov. The new site at the County Maintenance Garage allows easy ac- cess to the bins, is well lit and, most importantly, includes cameras. Signs noting the move have been placed and the actual moving date will be Jan. 13. The Canal Lewisville recycling drop offsite ac- cepts paper (newspaper, office paper, magazines, paper bags and paperboard such as cereal boxes), steel cans, aluminum cans and plastic bottle #1 through #7. No glass is accepted. Recyclable items should be empty, clean and dry and placed loose into the recycling bins, not bagged. Recycling questions can be referred to Tammi Rogers, Coshoc- ton County Recycling and Litter Prevention at 740-575-4813 or visit the website coshoctoncounty.net/recycle.
