Black Bears place fourth at wrestling meet Lumber Company QUALITY PRODUCTS WARSAW - The River View Black Bear wrestling team placed fourth out of 22 teams at the Coshocton Classic. Placing for the Bears were: 106 - Jeremy Gano, seventh; 126 - Austin Philabaum, eighth; 132 - Hayden Martin, first; 138 - Travin Berry, seventh; 160 - Cruz Mobley, third; 195 - Logan Slade, eighth; 220 - Dalton Cunning- ham, first; and HWT - Joey Hunley, eighth. Cunning- ham also earned his 100th career win at the Coshocton Classic. Contributed | Beacon Drummey leaving school district COSHOCTON – Coshocton City Schools announced trea- surer Felicia Drummey is leaving the district effective Jan. 31 to accept the position of treasurer at Groveport Madison Schools. “Coshocton City Schools felt like home right from the start,” said Drummey. “I am glad that I could help the district strengthen its fiscal systems with the implemen- tation of internal controls, new processes, and proce- dures while also becoming a part of the community.” Drummey is a member of the Coshocton Rotary Club and president of the Board of Coshocton Federal Credit Union. “Felicia has provided the district with insightful finan- cial leadership since she arrived in 2014,” said Coshoc- ton School Board President Dr. Jere Butcher. “She has worked closely with our superintendent, administrators, and staff to build trust based on fiscal responsibility and she will be missed.” The board will most likely secure an interim treasurer to oversee the financial operations of the district until a permanent successor for Drummey is selected.
