COSHOCTON - Nominations are currently being
accepted for the Coshocton County Employee of the
Year Award. The award, sponsored by the Coshoc-
ton Rotary Club, will be presented at the Coshocton
County Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner on
Friday, April 10.
Created in 1997, the award is intended to honor the
non-salaried workforce in Coshocton County who ex-
hibit vocational excellence and practice high ethical
standards in the workplace.
Criteria for the nomination are as follows:
• Businesses may nominate more than one employ-
ee; however, groups of employees cannot be nominat-
ed. (example: the customer service department)
• The employee cannot be in a management or
supervisory position.
• The employee must have been employed by the
nominating firm for a minimum of three years.
Nomination forms are available at the Coshocton
County Chamber of Commerce located at 200 N.
Whitewoman St. or on the Chamber website at www.
coshoctonchamber.com. Completed nomination
forms must be received in the chamber of commerce
office by Tuesday, March 10.

WEST LAFAYETTE - Nationwide Children’s Hospital will
be at Ridgewood High School in the general assembly on
Tuesday, Jan. 28, from 6 to 7 p.m.
The community is invited to attend the discussion on
the differences between normal teenage ups and downs
and a mental health concern. Attendees also will learn
the warning signs for depression and suicide. It will be an
evening of education and discussion about these topics.
Light refreshments will be provided and all attendees
will be entered into a drawing for a $20 gift card to Wal-
Mart.
