Don ’ t let the winter blues get you down this year

After the holidays many people feel a little blue . Sometimes it ’ s hard to get back into the routine of life , so here are a few suggestions on how to cope .
The winter blues or seasonal depressive disorder usually start in the colder , dark months of fall and winter . Most people have experienced the winter blues , especially when the excitement of the holidays is over .

Something else that helps is to have a winter project . Work on art projects for the county fair throughout the winter months . Bake cookies or bread , try a new recipe , play music , paint , color , or try a woodworking project . Get your hands into something creative .
