She was born on March 3 , 1938 , in Mount Vernon to the late Albert Paul and Catherine ( Carpenter ) Rine . After graduating Mount Vernon High

School in 1956 , she married Charles C . Almack on Nov . 4 , 1956 . Together they owned and operated C & M Collectables on Second Street for 30 years . She worked for AEP , Shaw Barton and as a teller for Cambridge Savings and Loan .

Donna Kathleen Fulks Rettos
Donna Kathleen Fulks Rettos , 93 , of Coshocton , passed away on Wednesday , Dec . 30 , 2020 . She was born in Trinway , on Aug . 5 , 1927 , to the late Chester and Mabel ( Spencer ) Fulks .
After graduating from Dresden High School in 1944 , Donna became a telephone operator for Ohio Bell . On Nov . 1 , 1947 , she married George Rettos who preceded her in death on May 3 , 2010 .
Donna was a member of St . John ’ s Episcopal Church and New Life Ministries . She was an avid bowler , enjoyed making crafts and volunteered in the Activities Department at Coshocton

She is survived by her five children , Kathy ( Suman ) Rettos Agarwal , Mike ( Janet ) Rettos , Mark ( Coni ) Rettos , Greg Rettos and Kris Rettos ; 13 grandchildren , Meridith , Sebastian , Spencer , Alexis , Heather , Toni , Nick , Michael , Lacey , Matthew , Brad , Megan and Austin ; 25 great-grandchildren ; seven great-great-grandchildren ; and several nieces and nephews .
Along with her parents and husband , Donna is preceded in death by her daughter , Mary Beth Rettos , great-granddaughter , Stella McCombs , siblings , Malcom
“ Bussy ” Fulks , Virginia Bucknor , Mary Lang , Maxine McGlade , Mildred Fulks , Evelyn Williams and Gene Fulks and her nephew , Tom Lang .
Per Donna ’ s wishes , a cremation will take place with burial at South Lawn Cemetery on Friday , Jan . 15 , 2021 at 3 p . m . with Pastor Mark Granger officiating .

Barbara Ann ( Hykes ) Goedel , 79 , of West Lafayette , Ohio , passed away Wednesday , Jan . 6 , 2021 after a brief illness .
She was born on Sept . 12 , 1941 to the late Nelson and Josephine Hykes . She was a 1959 graduate of Uhrichsville High School . Barbara had many hobbies that she enjoyed , such as line dancing , playing cards , taking care of her plants , and most importantly , spending time with her family .
She is survived by a daughter , Jamie ( Tim ) Schwab of Bakersville ; three sons , Eric ( Amy ) Goedel of Fresno , Bruce ( Wanda ) Goedel of Strasburg , and Matthew ( Jennifer ) Goedel of Fresno ; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren ; a sister , Debi ( Bill ) Gerrick ; and three brothers , Jim ( Judy ) Hykes , John ( Barb ) Hykes , her daughter volunteer at Camping Echoing Hills . She was a compassionate , caring , strong minded , loving person and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her .
Along with her husband Charles , of 64 years , Martha is survived by her two children , Kim ( Joe ) Vonasek of Rochester , NY and Todd ( Linda ) Almack of Westerville ; four grandchildren , Paul ( Lisa Brotz ) Vonasek , Lori ( Shaun ) VanDyke , Amy Almack and Andrea Snyder and two great-grandchildren , Hazel Rose and Ambrose Leo .

She was preceded in death by a sister , Joyce Bowe ; and brother , Nelson Hykes , Jr .

Calling hours were held on Tuesday , Jan . 12 , 2021 , from 10 a . m . to noon at Given-Dawson-Paisley . Funeral service followed at the funeral home at noon with Pastors Mike Gross and Bill Jones officiating . A graveside service was held at 2:30 p . m . at Memorial Gardens in Mount Vernon .
