Carpenter recognized at conference
Oxford Township trustee Michelle A . Carpenter was recognized on Jan . 27 at the Ohio Township Association ’ s 2022 Winter Conference General Session for completing OTALA , the association ’ s leadership academy .
Carpenter completed the courses in 2020 to graduate at the 2021 conference , which was canceled due to COVID . The 2021 class members were
