Michael Ray Adams , 70 , of Newton passed away Tuesday , January 24 , 2023 at Carolina Caring Catawba Valley Hospice House . Born December 15th , 1952 he was the son of the late Virgil Adams Jr . and Dolly Adams Repp . Mike loved spending time with his grandchildren and will always be remembered for his humor and being a great dad , grandfather , and brother . He will be greatly missed by all those who loved him .
He is survived by three daughters Morgan Adams of Hickory , Leslie Durham ( Bill ) of Chandler AZ , and Lisa Marks ( Dave ) of Mesa , AZ ; two sisters Rene Adams of Newton and Debbie Moore ( Bill ) of Coshocton , OH ; and seven grandchildren .
He was preceded in death by his parents Virgil Adams Jr . and Dolly Adams Repp .

Earl Eugene Dickerson
Earl Eugene Dickerson , age 60 , passed away on Sunday , February 5 , 2023 at Genesis Hospital . He was born in Charleston , South Carolina on June 16 , 1962 to the late David Earl Dickerson and Marleen ( Cruxton ) Thomas , who survives . He was a Coshocton High School graduate and worked at Fanatics . He was a hardworking individual and care a lot about his family and friends . He recently went on a trip with his son to Puerto Rico and he cherished the memories they made .
Along with his mother , Earl is survived by his son , Ben Dickerson ; grandchildren , Olivia , Naomi and Tate ; siblings , Gayle ( Tim ) Mick and David ( Kristi ) Dickerson ; several aunts , uncles , nieces and nephews and a special neighbor
and friend , Joyce Foster .
Calling hours will be held at the Miller Funeral Home , 639 Main St ., Coshocton , Ohio 43812 on Sunday , February 12 , 2023 from 1pm to 3pm . A cremation will follow with Miller-Kaser Cremation Services .

Melvin Eugene Wallace
Melvin Eugene Wallace , age 71 , of West Lafayette passed away on Tuesday , February 7 , 2023 at his home . He was born in Athens , Ohio on May 2 , 1951 to the late Jack and Molly ( Howell ) Wallace .
He graduated from Alexander High School in Albany , Ohio and continued his education with a Doctoral Degree from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy . He worked as a pharmacist until his retirement from The Coshocton Regional Medical Center . In retirement , he obtained his real estate license selling housing for a short time . Mel was a hard worker and always took pride in his work .
Mel was a true entertainer whether it was an Elvis impersonating as “ Melvis ,” singing karaoke , line dancing , clogging , performing in plays or hosting parties . He always kept himself busy and never knew a stranger and was truly one of a kind . Melvin leaves behind a daughter , his pride and joy , Stephanie ( Dusty Mullins ) Wallace of Stone Creek ; sister , Jackie Krasky of West Lafayette ; nieces and nephews , Angela Wright ,
Brian Krasky and Carrie Brock ; aunt and uncles , Lillian Haning and William and Wayne Howell ; as well as dear friends , Cheryl Osborn , Tammy Veverka and Jan Pumneo .
Along with his parents , he is preceded in death by his brother , Randy Wallace .

Michael Alan Porter , 70 , of Coshocton passed away on Friday , February 3rd , 2023 at his home .
Mike was born in Coshocton on September 2 , 1952 , to the late Harry Caton and Helen JoAnne ( Carpenter ) Porter .
He honorably served in the United States Army where he was a MP . Mike was also active in the Three Rivers Masonic Lodge # 799 of the 19th District , Eastern Star # 157 , AMVETS , American Legion , VFW , and Eagles . He also was an avid Cleveland Browns backer , enjoyed golf , baseball , umpiring , and was a sports fan overall .
He is survived by his daughter Erin E . ( Devin Donley ) Porter of Conesville ; grandchildren Mason Wesley Donley and Owen Hunter Donley ; former spouse Cheryl L . Hill ; two brothers Tom ( Jane ) Porter of Coshocton and Ron Porter of TX ; best friend , Kristi Jo Madison ; and several nieces and nephews .
