During American Heart Month , Pomerene Hospital encourages the community to do the following : — Schedule a heart checkup . Early detection can help prevent serious heart conditions .
— Adopt a heart-healthy diet . Eat more fruits , vegetables and whole grains .
As part of its commitment to community education , Pomerene Hospital invites the public to a HealthTalk on Wednesday , Feb . 19 at noon in the hospital auditorium .
— Stay active . Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week .
— Quit smoking . Smoking is a major risk factor for heart disease .

Cemetery cleanup coming up
The annual cemetery cleanup for the city of Coshocton will begin Monday , April 7 and end Friday , April 11 . Remove all decorations you would like to keep before April 7 . You may begin decorating after April 11 . This applies to South Lawn , Roscoe , Caldersburg and Oakridge cemeteries .
Any flowers , trees or shrubs that have not been maintained to the following specifications by Monday , March 31 will be removed :
Hedges , wooden or iron trellises , posts and chains for the purpose of enclosure , railings , steps , boxing and borders are prohibited .
The planting of flowers or shrubs so they overhang and cause dripping upon and discoloration of stones relieves the cemetery of any responsibility for keeping the stones clean , and the superintendent may remove such planting without further notice .
If any tree or shrub standing on any lot shall , by means of its roots , branches or otherwise , become detrimental , dangerous or inconvenient to adjacent lots or avenues ; if it becomes unsightly ; or for any other reason its removal shall be deemed necessary , the superintendent shall have the right , and it shall be his duty to remove such tree or shrub or any part thereof as in his judgment may seem best .
