The first Presbyterian Church will soon have a new pipe organ . “ One of the interesting parts of this particular instrument is that we were able to incorporate about 250 pipes from the instrument that was first built in this sanctuary in 1912 ,” said Music Director Chuck Snyder . The organ was replaced 16 years ago , but pipes were kept . Parishioners raised money for the new organ , particularly Eleanor Custer who didn ’ t want to disclose the amount she donated . “ It ’ s been a dream , but it seemed like the impossible dream until this gift came ,” said Snyder .

Emily Hartley , Coshocton , has signed with Wheeling Jesuit University to play soccer . “ It feels amazing to know where I ’ m going to school . I have pictured playing in college since junior high and I ’ m real excited that I have found a school where I want to play next year . I really have enjoyed my dad coaching . I don ’ t think if he didn ’ t coach , I would be where I am right now . He has pushed me more than anybody else just because he is my dad , he wants me to succeed . I think that ’ s one of the main things I ’ ve enjoyed here ,” said Hartley .
