Downtown business owners are challenging each other to a friendly contest .
The Main Street Holiday Window Competition is open for voting until Saturday , Dec . 7 . Look for fliers in nine Main Street business windows to find participants . Scan the QR code on the window and vote for your favorite entry . Only vote once .

“ It ’ s a friendly competition for bragging rights ,” Jill Sheridan from Rust Décor said .
The winner will be announced Sunday , Dec . 8 or Monday , Dec . 9 after the Jingle Bell Shop Hop takes place .
“ We hope to do it again next year ,” Sheridan said . “ This year it ’ s only for bragging rights , but maybe next year we will do a trophy .”
Our Town Coshocton ’ s shop hop is a great way to get downtown and see the windows . It will be held Saturday , Dec . 7 from 10 a . m . to 4 p . m . Register at www . ourtowncoshocton . org for your $ 15 passport . Stop by each business on the passport to receive your free ornament and for the chance to win a cash prize of $ 500 .
