B . ‘ Marie ’ Milligan

B . “ Marie ” Milligan , 92 , went to meet the Lord on Thursday , Dec . 17 , 2020 . Marie was born Jan . 17 , 1928 in Newcomerstown , to the late Andrew J . Wilson Sr . and Harriett ( Heskett ) Wilson . Marie married Raymond L . Milligan on July 4 , 1946 . They celebrated 62 years together before Raymond ’ s passing on June 18 , 2008 .
Marie was very active with both Hopewell School
and Hopewell Industries , driving school bus for both for many years . She and
Raymond served as chaperones for outings and Special Olympics , especially the basketball team and bowling . Marie loved to do things for her family and made many comforters for all of her grandchildren . You were always fed anytime you visited . She also loved to play cards with all the family .

Michael ‘ Mike ’ Bookless

Michael “ Mike ” Bookless , 63 , passed away Friday , Dec . 18 , 2020 at Aultman Hospital in Canton . He was born on April 9 , 1957 in Coshocton to Frank and Beverly ( Young ) Bookless . Mike enjoyed the outdoors and loved feeding the deer and raccoons that visited him daily .
Along with his parents , Mike is survived by his siblings , Jim ( Monica ) Bookless and Vickie ( Robin ) Hazlet ; a very good friend , Cheryl Clarke and his previous wife , Tammy .
He is preceded in death by his brother , Ernie Bookless .

Sally Yavonne ( McKee ) Nelson , 85 , passed away Friday , Dec . 18 , 2020 at her residence .
She was born May 21 , 1935 in Coshocton to the late Paul P . and Geneva E . ( Hawkins ) McKee . She married James W . Nelson on June 9 , 1953 , who preceded her in death on June 9 , 2014 . She was a member of Prairie Chapel United Methodist Church .
Sally enjoyed flower gardening , cooking and baking , and making grave saddles for family and friends . She loved to baby-sit , especially her grandchildren . Being around family and going shopping were always her favorite ways to spend time .
She is survived by three children , Steve ( Beth ) Nelson of Coshocton , Mark ( Leslie ) Nelson of Warsaw , and Marcia ( David ) Williamson of Warsaw ; her grandchildren , Justin ( Lindsey ) Nelson , Alex Nelson , Paige Comston , and Elaine ( Dalton ) Dennings ; four great-grandchildren ,

Esther Bernadine Hiser

Esther Bernadine Hiser , 98 , of Coshocton , passed away on Monday , Dec . 7 , 2020 . She was born on Sept . 26 , 1922 in Coshocton to the late John and Lucy ( Boyer ) Lahna .
Esther worked for Pretty Products for several years . She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church ; loved to crochet and read and she enjoyed spending time with her family .
On June 16 , 1943 she married Jesse Hiser who preceded her in death in 2011 .
Esther is survived by her four children , Mary Ann ( Timothy ) Mueller of Cincinnati , Carol Hiser of Columbus , Margaret ( Horace “ Jay ”) Gillett of Goldsboro , NC and John Hiser of El Camano Island WA ; two grandchildren , Benjamin Mueller and Amanda ( Wayne ) Rogers ; two greatgrandchildren , Quinn and Colin Rogers ; and two sisters , Rita Myers and Rose Shaw .

Carole Joy Mitchell

Carole Joy Mitchell , 80 , of Coshocton , passed away on Saturday , Dec . 12 , 2020 . She was born in Muskingum County on Dec . 23 , 1939 , to the late Fred and Mamie ( Clark ) Schlosser .
Carole worked for Tiffin Developmental Center for many years before retiring . She was a member of the Coshocton Baptist Church . She enjoyed doing word searches , cooking , reading and time on the computer .
She is survived by her two daughters , five granddaughters , several greatgrandchildren , sister , Beverly McElfresch , special niece , Ellen Morris , along with several other nieces and nephews and very special friend , Carolynn Lewis .
